Using the service
Use ShotRecipe only if you can lawfully agree to these terms where you live. The service analyzes a short reference video and creates a new structured interpretation and prompt templates. It does not recover or reveal the original prompt used to make a video.
Your video and permissions
You keep whatever rights you hold in your upload. You give ShotRecipe and its named service providers only the limited permission needed to store, transmit, inspect, and process the video to provide the requested analysis, secure the service, and apply the disclosed retention policy.
You must own the video or have all permissions needed to upload and process it, including rights relating to copyright, privacy, publicity, performers, locations, music, and confidential material. Uploading public media does not by itself prove that you have those rights.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Illegal content, child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Material that invades privacy, discloses confidential information, impersonates deceptively, or infringes intellectual-property or publicity rights.
- Threats, targeted harassment, malware, attempts to bypass access controls or rate limits, or activity that disrupts the service or its providers.
- Using outputs to mislead others about authorship, endorsement, evidence, or the identity of a real person.
Outputs and public library content
Analysis fields marked “observed” describe visible evidence; fields marked “inferred” are interpretations. Prompts and related recipes are creative starting points, not factual, legal, safety, or professional advice. Model compatibility labels are not guarantees of generation quality or proof of live-model testing.
The public Camera Movement Library uses ShotRecipe-owned procedural renders. Public recipe text is editorial content. You may use the service output subject to applicable law and any third-party model terms, but ShotRecipe does not grant rights in people, brands, music, locations, or other material that may appear in your source video.
Availability and changes
The service may be unavailable, delayed, inaccurate, or changed as the product evolves. Do not rely on it as the only copy of a video or output. Paid-provider, deployment, and production guarantees are not part of the current V1 code checkpoint.
